Building Your Chapter

The Sons of Thunder Motorcycle Ministry is a 501C3, nonprofit Motorcycle Club. It was designed and organized for Bikers from all walks of life who are looking for something bigger than themselves.  We have done the hard work so you can spend your time pursuing worthwhile missions and riding with the wind in your face.

We provide the infrastructure necessary to build your Sons of Thunder Chapter in your community, with a minimum output of time and money. Here are some of  the benefits of becoming a Chapter of the Sons of Thunder

  • Established Club With Clear Direction
  • National Website With Member Directory
  • Event Notification
  • State of the Art Colors (Club Patches)
  • Sons of Thunder Custom Clothing line
  • Chapter Support from Club Officers
  • High Level Club Communications
  • A Club Identity you can be proud of
  • Up to 50% of dues returned to local chapter for approved expenses

Each new Chapter will need a President, Vice President,  Sergeant at Arms,  Chaplain, SecretaryTreasurer, and two Road Captains. You can begin with only one officer, the Chapter President, but at least 3 members. A cord of three strands is not easily broken. Local chapters, under the leadership of the chapter President, will report the the State President, who will in turn report to the National President.  If a State President has not yet been appointed, local chapter Presidents will report to the National President.

The National President along with our Executive Officers will help you to get your new Chapter set up and organized. Your Chapter Members can use the SonsWebsite to build your own individual Member Profiles with personal info and pictures downloaded directly to the Member Profile.

Thanks, and we look forward to future rides with you.

We don't ride to decide how we will die,

we ride to define  how we will live!
